Protocol Dosage:
Dosage differs per individual. If individual weighs under 150lbs, begin protocol by dosing 250mcg (2.5 units), once weekly.
If over 150lbs, begin protocol by dosing 500mcg (5 units), once weekly.
Each week, if additional glycemic control and/or appetite suppression is needed, double the original dose, until desired effect is reached.
At the end of the 16 week protocol, slowly decrease weekly dose for an additional 4 weeks.
Please note: Semaglutide has been known to cause nausea in some cases. If nausea occurs, decrease the following doses by 250mcg (2.5 units). All doses should be injected on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours prior to eating.
Also note that once punctured, bacteriostatic water should only be used for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, please discard and begin using a new vial (provided).
Semaglutide 10mg, when reconstituted with 100 units (1mL), contains 10mg/mL and provides 20 500mcg doses per vial. Each individual's unique dosage will determine how many doses each vial provides (i.e. 500mcg doses = 20 doses per vial; 1000mcg doses = 10 doses per vial). Only 16 doses are needed for the full 16 week protocol and in most cases, there will be extra peptide solution left after the 16 week protocol has ended.
