How Does it Work?
Peptide use is rapidly gaining popularity in the holistic healthcare industry, and for good reason, with their countless health benefits and healing properties. We are honored to offer the highest quality peptides within comprehensive packages, making it easy for both your clinic and your patient to participate.
For Health Professionals able to legally prescribe within their state, account creation is as simple as creating your new account and signing our Use of Information Waiver.
However, for Health Professionals that are not licensed to prescribe, peptides are not out of reach.
Cellular Peptide is committed to the bettering and progression of the health industry. We have partnered with an Institutional Review Board (IRB) that works with us to perform research studies on our peptide protocols that are submitted bi-annually.
Thanks to this IRB Research Project, Health Professionals that are not licensed to prescribe are still able to get our peptide packages into the hands of your patients as a research package. You'll learn more about what is involved in this research process later on in the account creation process.
All Health Professionals wanting to purchase from Cellular Peptide must:
1. be a licensed health professional or have a business in which you treat patients AND
2. either be able to legally prescribe peptides in your state OR enter under our IRB research project.

If offering peptide protocols within your clinic or practice doesn't work within your business model, but you'd still like your patients to have access to peptides, we're excited to offer a Patient Referral Program, Cellular Peptide Direct.
By becoming a Cellular Peptide Direct affiliate, you'll be granted an exclusive link to share with your patients that will give them access to purchase our peptide packages directly from Cellular Peptide Direct under the oversight of our team of Health Professionals and our IRB-overseen research project.

Account Creation Process:
1.
Complete the Account Creation Form by clicking the button below. Within this form, you will notate whether or not you able to legally prescribe within your state. Then continue to Step 2 below within your corresponding column.
CAN LEGALLY PRESCRIBE

Once we receive your Account Creation Form submission, you'll receive an email from us within 1-2 business days with a link to sign our Use of Information Waiver Packet.
3.
Complete and submit the Use of Information
Waiver Packet.
4.
Once completed, we'll review the submission and approve your account within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a final email from us when your account has been approved and finalized.
You may then log into your account to view/order the peptides and protocol packages.
CANNOT PRESCRIBE
2.
Once you've created your account, you'll be redirected to a calendar to schedule a call with one of our Onboarding Specialists. On that call, you'll be given a link to an agreement to join our IRB research project & protection umbrella.
3.
Our Onboarding Specialists will answer any questions you have regarding our research project and joining the IRB.
4.
Once the IRB has approved, you'll pay a one-time $1000 donation and we'll finalize your account. You'll receive a final email from us when your account has been approved and finalized. You may then log into your account to view/order the peptide packages and access the patient research portal.
CAN LEGALLY PRESCRIBE

Print, sign, notarize, and return the IRB agreement back to us for review. We'll submit the agreement to the IRB for final approval.
4.
Once the IRB has approved, you'll pay the $1000 donation and we'll approve your account. You'll receive a final email from us when your account has been approved and finalized. You may then log into your account to view/order the peptide protocol packages and access the patient research forms.
Please note that Cellular Peptide sells exclusively to Health Professionals or individuals that have a business in which they treat patients. Proof of a valid health professional license or similar certification will be required.
